5k from 1983:  20:53, NEW: 5k Aug 2018:  32:00, Jan 23 2018 in 28:08

Murph 2016 1:02:27  (mile run, 20x(5 pullups (gr band), 10 push ups, 15 air squats), mile run)

Max pushups non stop = 20 2016

80 wallballs:  5:20  Jan 2018

Max strict pullups 1998:  12,  5 in a row 2/2/19
