I listen to Trail Runner National Podcast every Sunday and kept hearing advertising and speakers about this “Inside Tracker” service. I’ve been very tired/heavily breathing during running and had high resting heart rate (mid 70s) for a few months this year. It just last week went back down to mid 60s. It is hard to untangle work stress, a few more pounds, age or something else with what I feel like is poor training performance. I’ve had to cut out some of the strength workouts so I could make it through the week.
Got my blood taken last week (they send you with instructions to a Quest Lab) and got some results. I signed for a pretty comprehensive screen.
Reading up on the recommendations and developing a plan now to address a few issues….
