I did mobility, ate perfect macros and went out for a 3.2 mile run in my new Topo Pursuit shoes to re baseline myself on the old tried and true Nashua rail trail! After a somewhat slogging walk/run 45 min later, I drove home and then could barely walk from the car to the house – it was like I just did a 10-15 mile, 5000′ trail hike early season! Crippled!
Turns out I have been sick all week since then… No working out. 90% great macros!!! A slow start for sure… 🙂
